3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must create an account to use ReputaFlow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must not use the service for illegal purposes
• One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Collect testimonials through deceptive means
• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Scrape or crawl the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

ReputaFlow offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Paid Plans

• All fees are in US Dollars
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• All sales are final; no refunds for partial periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP

ReputaFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReputaFlow Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the testimonials and content you collect through ReputaFlow. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

Your Responsibilities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReputaFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
